Registration For Room Only Program
This is the program registration to live-in 737 Comstock Avenue for the Fall 2024 and / or Spring 2025 semester. There is no board program offered by House Corp. Board is being offered by the Chapter and will be invoiced by the Chapter. Parking is not included. Parking is available from the Chapter.
Note registration requires electronically signing the Room Only Agreement, Promissory Note and Bursar Hold Agreement and payment of a non-refundable deposit of $750 which will be held as the Security Deposit. Upon receipt of payment in full, both the Promissory Note and Bursar Hold Agreement are discharged.
Payment is due as follows:
- Fall semester: 8/1 Room Fee, plus Security Deposit, plus Furniture fee if applicable. If a payment plan is approved equal payments 8/1, 9/1/ and 10/1.
- Spring semester: 1/1 Room Fee. If a payment plan is approved equal payments 1/1, 2/1 and 3/1.
LEASE RESERVATION DEPOSIT: In order to reserve a bed under the lease agreement a non-refundable deposit of $750 is to be paid at the time of signing the lease, which will be applied to the balance due on August 1, 2022.
FURNITURE FEE: If this registration represents the first time that you will have lived in the house, please check the box below. A required one-time furniture fee of $500 is required the first-time you live in the House.
Security Deposit: An annual security deposit of $750 is required of all Sigma Chi brothers living in the house. The fee is refunded at the end of the academic year, less the actual cost to repair property damage.
